Australian Orders

Australian orders over $300 are shipped free of charge. Orders under $300 are charged flat rate $10 shipping fee per order.

Express Shipping within Australia is a flat fee of $30 and shipped the same day if ordered prior to 1pm. Otherwise we ship the next business day.

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post, registered with signature on delivery. Orders within metro areas usually deliver within 3-5 business days. Regional areas, QLD and WA will take between 3-6 business days.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your purchase.

If you wish to return or exchange please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to exchange or return tabatha@alloracapes.com.au.

We do not offer refunds on sale items however we are happy to provide a credit note or exchange. Any orders using a promotional code 20% or above, are eligible for return for a credit note only.

All returns and exchanges must be received unworn, with all original packaging attached.

International Orders

We ship globally via Australia Post Express at a flat rate of AUD $60.

International orders may take 10 business days depending on the location.

USA Orders - Most destinations to the US receive orders in 4-5 days. There is a free trade agreement between the US and Australia for orders under USD$800. No duty is payable on items under USD$800.

UK Orders - Most destinations to the UK receive orders in 5-7 days. There are duty fees payable in the UK.

Please note: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties when the order arrives at their local customs office, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded once it has been received back to our warehouse, excluding the original shipping fee and a re-stocking fee of $25 AUD will be charged.

International Exchanges & Returns

Please make contact within 10 days if you wish to return an item. International customers will be responsible for the shipping to return the item back to Australia for a refund or exchange.

Faults

If you find a fault with your garment when you receive it please contact us immediately via email tabatha@alloracapes.com.au and we will organise a replacement for you.

Great design, high quality fabrics

Hi Allora team, I'll try to be objective in my review though when I received my order, I had mixed emotions. I ordered a white t-shirt and a Chelsea cape in black. T-shirt is made of very high quality cotton. The cape is great and fit me well: I'm glad that I used my shoulder width as a guide for sizing (as opposed to chest circumference). I'dd like to thank Tabatha for providing guidance RE: sizing before I made my purchase. What caused mixed emotions is that the order came with a card which was addressed to Allora team and was signed by a previous customer explaining the reasons for their return. I get that returns happen and if the quality doesn't suffer, there's nothing wrong in sending the item to someone else, but having such a card enclosed with the order was rather off-putting. Again, the quality of the products is great.

Love it!!!

I absolutely love my Cape, definitely a must have for your winter wardrobe!!! I wasn't sure if I would be a 6 or an 8 (I am usually an 8 in most upper body garments) but after a couple of emails with Tabitha I decided to go with the 6, when it arrived the fit was great, no need for the 8, it would have been too big. If you are thinking about purchasing one, do it, you won't regret it!!!
