Shipping and Returns

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post registered service with signature on delivery.  Orders within metro areas usually deliver within 3-5 business days. Regional areas, QLD and WA will take between 3-6 business days. 

International orders are flat rate $30 AUD and sent Express Post via Australia Post with full tracking. 

International orders may take 10 business days depending on location.  

Free returns on all orders within Australia.

Exchanges & Returns

If you wish to return or exchange an item you must make contact within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please email tabatha@alloracapes.com.au to notify us of your intent to exchange or return.  

No refunds are given on sale items. 

All returns must be received within 7 days unworn, with all original packaging attached.

International Exchanges & Returns 

Please make contact within 10 days if you wish to return an item.  International customers will be responsible for the shipping to return the item back to Australia for a refund or exchange. 

Faults

If you find a fault with your garment when you receive it please contact us immediately via email tabatha@alloracapes.com.au and we will organise a replacement for you.
